With my lack of creative journal titles

I submitted two entries to #Writers-Workshop's new extended metaphor workshop. I'm quite pleased with both, considering they were done within an hour. Now I dare each of you (who are writers) to try this workshop out. #Writers-Workshop could really use the support.

This is a very intriguing prologue. It pulls you into the trial of Rain D’Karinae and never lets go.

--Rope by ~vital-organs

I'll have to confess, this story is...very close to what I've experienced in the past--so much so that it alarmed me the first time I read it. The impact it makes is strong, and the twist blindsides you. Definitely worth the read.

--Arman and the Flaming Dragon by =roninspath

This is one of the funniest twists on the "knight in shining armor, save me from the evil dragon" theme. Better than Shrek on many levels (in that theme, at least). If you want teh lulz, go read!

--Dark Sketchbook 1 by ~Schizmist

Ben colored something for once! Okay, I'm being mean. I like the style of the picture and, as someone commented, it does look Gorillaz-ish. Go check it out.
